Xaas Genie is led by professionals with deep experience across business consulting, enterprise technology, digital transformation, customer experience, and growth strategy. Our leadership believes the best consultants don’t begin with products, they begin with questions. Every engagement starts with understanding the business before recommending the technology.
With her two decade long corporate experience in technology management, operations, customer success and people management, it was a gradual progression to start her own journey in entrepreneurship as Mahuya founded XAAS GENIE in 2022. The concept was simple – giving enterprise class consulting and implementation for all, including SMBs.
Mahuya has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering, followed by her post-graduation from IIM Kozhikode and industry-leading certifications: PMP, CISA, ISO Auditor, to name a few.
Mom to teenage twins, Mahuya enjoys spending time with them in long book-reading sessions, baking healthy delicacies, and exploring heritage places.
After a long stint in product and brand marketing in MNCs like IBM, SMC, and CKB, Prashant knows the pulse of the global technology market. In his second stint at entrepreneurship to build XAAS GENIE, he formulated the best sauce for growth with a focus on Philip Kotler’s eponymous P’s. A constant source of positive energy to the founding team members, Prashant has been the architect of the digital footprint of the organization.
Prashant has a Master’s Degree in International Business from Delhi School of Economics, New Delhi.
An avid angler, Prashant loves to spend quiet time in nature with his kids, from trying his luck in the streams of the steep mountains to deep sea fishing.
With his years of experience in low-code no-code technology and being part of the enterprise solutions team in Fortune 500 companies, Kaustav has an innate knack for simplifying complex business processes to extract the best value of a technology investment. No wonder XAAS GENIE’s technology innovation is making great waves for bespoke customer solutions in India, US, UK, and more.
Kaustav has a Master’s Degree in Management from FORE School of Management, New Delhi.
Besides spending fun time with his daughter to relax after a long day, you can find Kaustav at a Pokémon GO event, a car treasure hunt rally, or a friendly neighbourhood football tournament on the weekends.
