5. Refund Policy
XAAS GENIE is committed to ensuring client satisfaction through transparency and professional support. Refunds shall be governed by the following terms:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only within five (5) calendar days of purchase, provided the issue is attributable to XAAS GENIE’s product or service delivery. Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:
- A change in customer requirements or decision after purchase.
- Issues arising from third-party tools or customer-side customizations.
- Subscription-related disputes with third-party platforms (e.g., Zoho, Odoo, Creatio), which must be addressed directly with the respective provider.
Pre-Purchase Evaluation

- A 5-day limited free trial for select extensions or applications.
Issue Resolution Procedure

Third-Party Subscriptions Disclaimer

6. Limitation of Liability

9. Entire Agreement
