Information Security Management System (ISMS) Statement

XAAS GENIE CONSULTING has adopted an information security framework. Its goal is to establish, implement, monitor and continually improve the information security posture. The principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability (CIA) govern the organization’s ISMS.

This framework sets objectives. It also establishes an overall sense of direction for action, and management commitment with regards to information security. It does this while considering the applicable laws, regulations, and business requirements.

XAAS GENIE’s ISMS evolved based on the ISO 27001:2022 standard. It sets the baseline for information security programs, covering the Services and Support Functions.

XAAS GENIE’s Information Security Policy governs the implementation and management of the organization’s ISMS. It protects information systems from the risks introduced by people, processes and technology. Domain-specific policies, standards, procedures and guidelines support the Information Security Policy.

The ISMS documents are defined, approved, published and communicated within the organization. Information security organization structure, along with roles and responsibilities, are defined and communicated. The ISMS documents are periodically reviewed, updated, approved and published. Non- compliance with the ISMS policies is subject to disciplinary action.
